It's been driving me mad for over an hour now but I have no idea how to get under LOG's mountain to get in there. I'm thinking I have to go in the grating in the back of the mountain but there's a grate in the way.
Do I need a Grunty part to get rid of the grate or is there another way into the mountain entirely?

Nah, just swim right up to it. It will open. I don't know how many jiggies I had at the time, or what upgrades for the trolly I had, but all you seriously need to do is go straight to it, and the red lgihts will turn green, and the bars will raise.

You have 2 options. one is to go to that gate with the scuba seat, the other it to blast the red gate/fence next to Bottles and go into the tunnel there.

ok quick question...after i've read these posts howcome i feel more stupid. it lets me go into the areas that your talking about.. but the only thing i found was a free jiggy

You found the free jiggy (jiggy tamper) under LOG's factory? If you have, then you're in the right place, but in order to get the stop n swop crate, you have to have gotten the green stop n swop egg in Banjo Kazooie arcade. If you haven't done that, then you wont be able to get the crate

@ the OP: In order to get through the grate, you have to have beaten Grunty in act 4 of the Jiggoseum. After you do that, you can get the scuba seat on your trolley so you can unlock the three underwater grates in showdown town. If you don't have the scuba seat, the gates wont open
