- August 23 - I have decided that if a Lower COG contest is missed, it's not a big deal so we won't fuss over if they get done or not. Be sure to pay attention to when you are supposed to make your contest!
- August 21 - All COG contests must now have -{COG}- before anything else in their title. I'm currently updating the list. Congratulations to Silver Antari for becoming a High Organizer!
- August 16 - Everything is updated! Congratulations to SyKho and Yoshi Fan for becoming higher-class organizers!
- August 11 - Some people are forgetting to make their contests! This is not good at all, if you do not make your contest by the end of Thursday you WILL be demoted! I am being merciful by giving a couple day's notice.
- August 5 - Sorry for the lack of updates, there have been some people who are forgetting to make their contests, this is planned to change very soon. However, the showroom is down and therefore there will be no contests until this is fixed. Sorry folks

- July 19 - Snakebite is away for a few days, Wobbly is looking after COG. Contests are running again!
- July 9 - Been awhile since the last update, be sure to talk to me if you won a contest and would like me to make you an achievement! I know I've missed a couple of people.
- June 30 - Sorry I haven't been updating, it's been rather hectic the past few days!
- June 26 - Fixed some things that were amiss. Remember to pick something out at the shop!
- June 26 (Midnight) - Hooray! The COG Store is officially open! Every purchase goes toward BIG prizes for the future!
- June 23- Finished Splitting the lineups. Yoshifan's contest is put into the High Organizer's area due to the fact it will be the last to recieve a code prize. After that, however, only High Organizer contests will be giving out prizes.
- June 22- I didn't even see that Oldranos finished his contest! 'Grats to Iron Tyrant, you will recieve the very first COGchievement ever! HOORAY!
- June 21- Added a link to other groups down at the bottom of the page, cheers guys!
- June 19- Congratulations to Oldranos! Oldranos has made it onto the High Organizer's list. Good luck on future contests Oldranos.
- June 16- OH CRAP! The double line up was somehow not saved and deleted. Oh well, seeing as Lama 0 hasn't started his contest anyway, I'l just leave everything how it is. I will apply the changes the following Saturday
- June 12- DONE! HOORAH! Just waiting for Brother Mike to lock the old thread and Pin this new one!
- June 11- New COG page is officially under construction! It should be done by tomorrow so Everyone should check out the new dates for you guys' contests.

-{About us}-
[Who are we?]
As
you stumble upon this page you are probably wondering, "Who or what is
COG?" Well, COG is a group of people dedicated to making contests in an organized way. Why? If you would like to know more, scroll down to view the "history" of COG.
Once
a week (every Sunday) a new contest is made, and a contest that is
already on stops taking entries and begins taking votes. All of these
contests are done by our COG members, and either involve a small prize at the
end that is generously supplied by Rare (or moderator Brother Mike who
will message the winner a Tooie code) or quite possibly just a signature.
[Lower and Higher Organizers]
In COG, there are Higher Organizers and Lower Organizers.
As
a lower organizer, you have not yet shown the exemplary contest skills
that you may or may not posses. This means that when submitting a
contest, you will have to go through the Lower Organizer's line-up, and
when your contest is over the prize the winner will receive will be a
special "COGchievement" signature. Everyone starts here, it's the way a
COG career begins!
As a Higher Organizer, you have exemplified
your ingenious contest engineering techniques and can start giving out
REAL prizes, as well as a COGchievement! You also have your name engraved in every single contest after your crowning achievement

-{Creating Contests}-
Before creating a contest, you must:
- Post on the Message board telling us you would like to make a contest (tell the name of the contest as well)
- After 48 hours, look at the lineup to see what time you will make your contest.
When creating a contest, the contest must:
- In the title, before everything else, it must show -{COG}-
- Must include the COG 'list" shown below
- Have a title (The name of the contest)
- Have a quick description of the contest (what it's about)
- Have a set of rules for the creations
- Show the current entries withing the main post (try using the "quote" button on a post)
- Be organized!
On
the following Sunday, take out the rules and replace it with a poll.
(To place a poll, click the poll tab) Make sure every contestant, and
the name of their vehicle is listed!
WHEN MAKING A CONTEST, COPY AND PASTE THIS INTO IT.

-{History}-
In
the "earlier" months of the BK forums, a user named Snakebite 360 (me)
made a contest for the people of the forum to enjoy. This contest
required those who entered to submit a vehicle that looked somewhat
like a tank and post it. The winner got a small banner to put in their
signature.
Everyone loved the contest! It was a smash with most,
but then many other users liked the idea SO much, that they went and
made their own. Now, making their own contests was not the problem, it
was the clutter they created that was the problem.
Then,
Snakebite had an idea to solve this, and thus COG was born! If you
