On Sunday 9th March, I am invited all forum members to come online and play some Nuts & Bolts multiplayer.

 

After the success of our last game night, we teamed up with GameFocus.ca to hold a joint multiplayer session where everyone was welcome.

 

When Did This Occur?

 

The event will took place at the following time on Sunday 9^th March:

• GMT - 20:00 (8pm)
• CET - 21:00 (9pm)
• EST - 16:00 (4pm)
• PST - 13:00 (1pm)

 

How Could Have I got involved?

 

Firstly, you needed to send a friends request to:

           

                                   BKNutsBoltsFans

 

Then on the night, you needed to view that gamertag’s profile and click the ‘View Friend’s List’ feature. You was then be able to see everyone from the forums, and Gamefocus, that took part. You could then click to join one of the games, or wait for an invite from someone else.

 

To make sure that we had a few games running at all times, I wanted  3 or 4 volunteers to host matches throughout the evening.

 

When did this post end?

 

By playing in the event, you had an opportunity to win some Banjo related prizes. I’m certainly not Santa, but I will had a few bits to give out over the course of the evening.

 Final Update - Winners Announced!

 

Thanks to everyone that took part in the evening! For those who missed it, some of my highlights included:

• Seeing some amazing vehicles including a flaming cake, some Halo ghosts, and the Bat mobile.
• Getting trapped in a vacuum cleaner
• Winning at darts, even though I fell off a lot.

On to the winners, I hear you shout. Well if you are going to shout then, I won't tell you. This is getting weird yet? anyway enough with the stalling, below are the winners:

The winners were chosen at random by a well trained monkey, by well trained monkey I am referring to one of Rare's fine programmers.

 

Winners will receive a PM tomorrow with details of their prize.

Im getting my copy this Friday :) Cant wait!! Also getting Mythic Map Pack for Halo 3 which should be a blast so I might not be on BK:NaB all that often but I will still try to attend this event XD

Im getting my copy this Friday :) Cant wait!! Also getting Mythic Map Pack for Halo 3 which should be a blast so I might not be on BK:NaB all that often but I will still try to attend this event XD

I sure hope you attend, or else I'll bring out my secret Chuck Norris magic and curse you with stick targetry for life! Tell me how Mythic is, too. I'm anticipating on getting as soon as it gets DLCed! Let's hope Bungie is generous enough not to make a manditory matchmaking map pack until its Marketplace release.

Haha lol just as I read that I went to the Matchmaking Playlists and it said HaloWarsMythic - Team Mythic "Halo Wars LCE owners can play the Mythic Maps here. Unranked 4v4 Slayer and Objective games." Well I know what i will be doing over the weekend :) I really do hope it will be about a week after Halo Wars that the Map Pack will be downloadable..... I wunt 2 s3arch 4 sum skullz!!
